3. Orders & Payments

All payments are processed securely. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product availability.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within South Africa only. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery takes 2–4 business days thereafter. Delays due to courier services or unforeseen events may occur.

We strive to ensure that all product information, including fabric composition, is accurate and up to date. Details provided on this site are based on information supplied by our manufacturing partners and suppliers.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. Proof of Purchase
    All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt), clearly showing the purchase date.
  2. Return & Exchange Period
    We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
  3. Condition of Items
    To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
    • Be unused and unwashed
    • Be in their original condition
    • Have all original packaging and tags attached
  4. Refund Policy
    • Refunds are issued in the form of a store credit (coupon/gift voucher).
    • No cash refunds will be provided.
  5. Exchanges
    • We cover 50% of the costs of the exchange, and the customer is eligible to cover the remain 50%.
    • This includes courier collection and re-delivery.
  6. Return Shipping
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
    • Approved returns will be collected, and a store credit will be issued.
  7. Sale Items
    • Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  8. Defective or Incorrect Items
    • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
    • We will arrange collection and replacement at no cost to you.
  9. In-Store Exchanges (if applicable)
    • You may exchange items in-store by bringing:
