What sizes do your hoodies come in?

We offer a wide size range from XS to 6XL, depending on the hoodie style. All our hoodies follow a standard unisex fit designed to be relaxed, comfy, and true to size. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering, especially if you’re in between sizes or prefer an oversized fit.

What’s the difference between Premium and Heavyweight Hoodies?

Our Premium Pullover Hoodies are soft, breathable, and ideal for daily wear. The Heavyweight Hoodies are made from 100% combed cotton, feature a 280 GSM fabric, and are designed for extra warmth and durability. They’re perfect for colder weather or if you prefer a more structured feel.

How should I wash and care for my hoodie?

To keep your hoodie looking and feeling fresh, we recommend machine washing cold and tumble drying on low heat. For best results, turn the hoodie inside out before washing. This helps preserve the color and quality of the fabric over time.

Can I return or exchange a hoodie if it doesn’t fit?

Yes! We accept returns and size exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order — as long as the hoodie is unworn, unwashed, and still has the tags attached. You can start a return request via our contact form or support email.

How long does delivery take once I place an order?

We process orders within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery within South Africa usually takes 3–4 working days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
